I was tasked to compile a game design document for an Idle game of my own creation. This included the concept, player experience, art and sound, player objectives/progression, game world, UI, game objects, and managing the systems within a spreadsheet. I come from an art and user-experience background so I was able to create a very cohesive and stylized world around the mechanics and systems of the game. Also coming into this class with a Mathematics minor I was able to understand the spreadsheets supplied and alter the numbers in the system to create the game experience that I desired.
