This is an asset that I created for our game "This Is not a Drill." We required a block that was flat enough for the character to climb on but still had to look stylized and like rock. The base mesh was created in Maya, I then carved up the model and added rocks in ZBrush, then textured in Substance Painter with a smart material of my own creation.
Below is a variation on this same block that just changes the albedo and emissive map. We wanted to have variations but in order to keep that project small we just wanted to create an alternate material for the same mesh. The new material was created in Substance Painter
